I am reviewing my review about Citadel Narikala Hotel because of its terrible service. The list of their wrong doings is long:
-1.no proper cleaning of the rooms after first check in, so if you stay more than one night you will not receive new supplies of shower gel, shampoo ET,.
2. On our 4th day we found a mysterious pair of man's underwear, Made in India, not belonging to any if the occupants.
3. Every day our key-card will get deactivated at noon, the receptionist will not activate it upon your entry, they will wait until you go to your room, come back and then with a smug smile will remind YOU that they have to activate it daily.
4. On our check out, two of us sat on the chairs in the small yard near reception, only to find out that the chairs were freshly painted! No sign Fresh Paint was to be seen, nor the receptionist tried to prevent the situation.
5. When I called the manager , he asked me "What do you want?" Made no apology and had a go at me.
The hotel's only advantage is the view.
Mind you most cabs refuse to go up to it, as it is too steep !
We eventually moved to another place .

Beautiful view, fantastic location, but: carpets are old and stained, rooms are a bit stinky. Beds are terrible. Drinkable coffee costs extra for breakfast despite very high room prices. Very noisy at night. Personnel at reception is friendlly, in restaurant not very much. Would certainly avoid this place. The Rooms Hotel is a bit more expensive but a million times better...

Visited their restaurant .. chic n clean .. best views of old tblisi .. a fantastic place for a dinner .. food is fine
